Togo and Benin are collaborating in order to protect their cross-border coastal space from coastal erosion. Together, both countries will carry out various reinforcement works on the common coastal strip.
It should be noted that this initiative is part of the Coastal Zone Resilience in West Africa project, which is part of the World Bank Group Program to Combat Coastal Erosion and Marine Pollution in West Africa.
