Reports from Nigeria indicate that over 50 Passengers have been ab-ducted by gunmen on a road in Kundu town, a few kilometers from Zungeru town in Niger state – North central. 

According to the reports, the passengers in three vehicles, were taken to an unknown destination while the vehicles were left by the roadside.

In more recent times, Nigeria has been plagued by a series of kidnappings, prompting security concerns among members of the public, lawmakers and the international community.
