In Mali, the Public Prosecutor of the Bamako Court of Appeals has ruled on the case of the so-called destabilization of state institutions.
The public prosecutor's office indicates that the case lacks merit and must therefore be dismissed.
The court also requests the lifting of the warrant of committal against the detainees including the musician Ras Bath in detention since last December.
The final verdict in the case will be handed down next Tuesday.
Maitre Kassoum Tapo, is one of the lawyers of former Malian Prime Minister Boubou Cissé, who is also being prosecuted in this case of destabilization of the state.
