Mango eaters in The Gambia are grappling with the shortage of the fruit this year due to poor harvest blamed on several factors including climate change. 

 As the season gradually fades just a few sellers at one of the Gambia’s biggest fruit markets in Sandika have the fruit on sale and at very high prices compared to last year.
