We cross over to Sierra Leone where Last Thursday, the town of Makeni was on the news for the wrong reasons as irate youths in that northern capital of Sierra Leone blocked the road leading to the residence of the former President, Ernest Bai Koroma.
The move was reportedly part of attempts to prevent the Anti-graft agency from interviewing the former President over allegations of corruption during his ten years in governance.
The youths did not only stop at blocking the road, they also staged different types of masquerades in the vicinity near the residence of the leader and chairman of the now main opposition All People's Congress {APC} party.
The government says such act of staging of masquerades violated the moratorium that was placed on masquerading because of Corona.
