The electoral campaign for the upcoming early legislative elections in Senegal on November 17 begins this Sunday.
Candidates will have almost three weeks to try and convince voters. In the lead-up to the campaign, attention is focused on a potential debate between Prime Minister Ousmane Sonko and former Prime Minister Amadou Ba. Ba, who was the runner-up in the last presidential election, is now leading a political coalition for the legislative elections.
