After more than a year of intense debate, the case between the special prosecutor’s office and the Guinean State against Dr. Mohamed Diané was argued this Wednesday before the CRIEF Trial Chamber.
Pending the decision of Judge Yacouba Conté, at the next hearing scheduled for December 18, 2024, the civil party pleaded for the confirmation of the confiscation of all assets (identified and unidentified), of the former Minister of Defense and the payment of 500 billion GNF in damages.
