Throughout the years, the sub-region has faced challenges in upholding continuous peace and good governance due to security threats stemming from violent extremists, political crises, and terrorism.
As addressing these challenges necessitates a united effort from both state and non-state actors, this initiative has been formally launched in Senegal to bolster the battle against insecurity in the region.
