French opposition figure Jean Luc Mélenchon and the Prime Minister of Senegal who is also the president of PASTEF, Ousmane Sonko, have pledged to collaborate within the scope of their political parties’ activities as the French politician concludes his official visit today.
They made this known during a joint press conference at the University of Dakar on Thursday.
Additionally, Ousmane Sonko and Jean Luc Melanchon are focused on reshaping the relations between Africa and Europe, with a specific emphasis on enhancing ties between Senegal and France.
