The Economic Community of West African States—ECOWAS has provided more than 400 thousand United States dollars in assistance to flood victims in Liberia.
The money is part of a project being undertaken by the Sub-regional body to help victims recover and also build resilient communities to mitigate the impact of floods which have wreaked havoc in different parts of the sub-region including Liberia.
