All is set in Liberia for the much-anticipated presidential election runoffs today.
The contest is between the incumbent President George Weah and opposition leader Joseph Boakai.
This runoff became necessary as none of the 20 presidential candidates in the October 10 polls secured the constitutional threshold of 50 percent plus one vote to win on the first ballot.
