The Senegalese reappointed Prime Minister has inaugurated a new cabinet nearly a week after the previous team was dissolved by President Macky Sall.

Amadou Bah’s team has the same number of ministers only with slight changes.

Notably is the switch of portfolios by former ministers of foreign affairs, Justice, and Interior.

This cabinet has a few months to steer a new course for the country as it readies for the February 2024 Presidential elections.
