The Gambia’s Never Again Network, a civil society organization has expressed concerns about President Adama Barrow’s remarks about the nation’s democracy.

The group in an open letter similarly expressed worries over the number of journalists and critics of the government being arrested as well as attempts to undermine the judiciary.
