Ghana’s Electoral Commission has denied allegations that it intends to disenfranchise voters in the ongoing limited voter registration process.
The accusation was made earlier in the week by the opposition National Democratic Congress, led by its chairman, Assedouin Ketia.
The Election House however denies this claim.
The ongoing exercise opened last week to register first-time voters ahead of the general elections next year.
Tofik AbdulNasir completes the story.
