Supporters of former Guinean President Alpha Condé demonstrated on Monday in Conakry, at the Kaloum administrative centre.
The protestors demanded Conde’s return to power and the swift implementation of the transitional timetable by the Junta as agreed with ECOWAS.
They accuse the Interim President, Colonel Mamady Doumbouya, of wanting to remain in power by presenting his candidacy in future presidential elections.
