The Lutheran Church Massacre Survivors Association of Liberia is calling on the high command of the Army to take responsibility for the 1990 massacre at the Lutheran Church compound in Monrovia.
Exactly 33 years ago, soldiers believed to be members of the Armed Forces of Liberia stormed the Church’s compound killing more than 600 civilians who were seeking refuge.
