The session is a collaboration of United Nations Women and West Africa Democracy Radio 94.9FM Dakar-Senegal and partner stations in Nigeria, The Gambia, Sierra Leone, Liberia and Ghana.
This special programme features reports from Liberia and the Gambia on the state of gender-based violence.
In the panel session, experts will ultimately look at the approaches needed to achieve the goals of ending Gender Based Violence, GBV.
Our experts are Thelma N. A. Maclean, the Managing Director of Anchor Resource Management and Trading Limited in Ghana and Dorothy E. Barnes, who is the Gender and WPS Programme Officer with the Foundation for Security and Development in Africa (FOSDA).
