Violence erupted at the Port-Bouët slaughterhouse in the coastal town of southern Abidjan, resulting in destruction and injuries.
The Autonomous District of Abidjan condemned the weekend clash, which occurred as individuals opposed to relocating the livestock park to the Adjamé scrapyard in the northern part of the city confronted Abidjan District agents.
