The United Nations Development Program has renewed its commitment at supporting Liberia’s readiness for the carbon market globally, especially helping the country to access its carbon and climate financing program.

Despite its limited contribution to global emissions, Liberia is one of those Least Developed Countries (LDCs) that continues to bear the brunt of the climate crisis, hence the UNDP’s assistance.
