The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) is sounding the alarm about the situation of displaced populations in Mali.

In its latest report, published at the beginning of June, the UN agency takes stock of the situation in May and April.

The UN agency reports that millions of people, mostly children, require urgent humanitarian assistance.

The situation could deteriorate further between now and August, says the report.
