US President Donald Trump has announced that he will host Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan at the White House on September 25.
In a statement released Friday on Truth Social, Trump said he was “delighted” to welcome his counterpart. The leaders are expected to discuss several trade and military agreements, including a large-scale Boeing aircraft purchase, a major F-16 contract, and ongoing negotiations over the F-35 program — which Washington hopes will soon reach a successful conclusion.
