The Togolese government is cautioning its citizens against indiscriminate dissemination or broadcast of content online.
The warning contained in a press release dated April 7, came in the wake of rising political tension attributed to the recently adopted constitution and postponement of the legislative and regional elections.
Recall that at the end of last week, several opposition parties and a civil society group asked the population to mobilise to protest over the perceived unconstitutional actions of the state.
