Electoral campaigns in Togo have officially ended ahead of the country’s municipal elections scheduled for Thursday, July 17, 2025.
Though the campaign period began slowly, candidates were given two weeks to engage directly with voters across various communities.
Authorities have put in place tight security measures and have assured the public of a peaceful and orderly election process.
The upcoming polls mark a key moment for local governance in Togo, as voters prepare to elect new municipal leaders.
