President Faure Gnassingbé of Togo and Democratic Republic of Congo President Félix Tshisekedi have arrived in Luanda, Angola, for talks aimed at addressing the crisis in eastern DRC.
The two leaders are also meeting with Angolan President João Lourenço, who currently chairs the African Union.
The discussions are focused on exploring African-led solutions to the decades-long conflict in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo.
The high-level meeting comes just days ahead of the African Union summit of heads of state and government in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
