The Togolese state has announced a new list of ministers. The 35-member cabinet, once again led by Victoire Tomegah-Dogbé as Prime Minister, will oversee the transition until the institutions of the Fifth Republic are established.
Among the new ministers are three opposition members.
Their appointment has sparked heated debates in the public sphere, especially as the new constitution has been rejected by several opposition figures and civil society actors.
