Togo and Sierra Leone have expressed their desire to deepen economic cooperation and strengthen diplomatic relations between the countries.
The renewed commitment followed a meeting of officials from Lome and Freetown that also highlighted sectors of potential partnerships.
This diplomatic initiative was discussed during a meeting between Togolese Prime Minister Victoire Dogbé and Sierra Leone Chief Minister David Moinina Sengeh.
According to Dogbe, Sierra Leone and Togo have things to learn from each other for the development of bilateral relations.
Freetown and Lome reiterated their commitment to strengthening their partnership in several sectors of activity such as inclusion, digitalization and the integration of young people.
