President Bola Tinubu has called for an industrial revolution to transform Nigeria’s growing population into an economic asset rather than a crisis in the making.
Speaking through Vice President Kashim Shettima at the Taraba Investment Summit in Jalingo, the President stressed the urgency of creating factories, innovation hubs, and industrial parks across the country.
With Nigeria projected to become the world’s third most populous nation by 2050, Tinubu warned that without rapid industrialization, the youth bulge could overwhelm national systems and stall development.
He emphasized that harnessing raw talent and resources into productive economic output is the key to securing Nigeria’s future prosperity.
