The ECOWAS Gender Development Centre (EGDC) has inaugurated two regional committees after a four-day meeting in Banjul – The Gambian capital.

The new committee is tasked with the responsibility to examine and select projects submitted by ECOWAS member States for the implementation of the flagship programs of the EGDC, based in Dakar, Senegal.
