A four-day joint training program for border officials from The Gambia and Senegal has concluded in The Gambia.
Spearheaded and implemented by the International Organisation for Migration (IOM) The Gambia, the training falls under the project “Enhancing Border Management Capacities of The Government of The Gambia to Promote Peace, Stability, and Security,” funded by the Government of Japan.
This initiative aims to improve border governance, peace, and stability in key border areas of The Gambia and Senegal.
