The African Organized Crime Index 2025, published last November by the ENACT project, developed by the Institute for Security Studies and Interpol, shows an alarming increase.
The report, based on contributions from more than 120 experts, analyzes the evolution of criminal markets, the influence of actors, and the capacity of states to resist them over the period 2019–2025.
