Senegal’s National Assembly has adopted the proposed Interpretative Amnesty Law by a majority vote on Wednesday after a lengthy plenary session.

The law seeks to exclude offences related to blood crimes from the scope of the amnesty granted at the end of former President Macky Sall’s term.
