Prime Minister Ousmane Sonko, has made new appointments to his office.

According to the statement announcing these new appointments, the prime minister has invited personalities who are professionals in the fields of health, security, oil, defense, mines, diplomacy, finance, budget, communication, planning, international cooperation, and special programs onto his team. 

Ousmane Sonko promoted these personalities to the positions of Advisors to the Prime Minister’s Office in liaison with each ministerial department and secretariat of state.

According to the appointment note, Ousmane Sonko made recommendations to enable him “optimize” his relations with ministers and secretaries of state.
