Senegal Prime Minister Ousmane Sonko will present his General Policy Statement in the coming days.

The modification of the parliamentary rules of procedure, which he had requested before appearing before the MPs, has been carried out.

This marks the end of a standoff between Ousmane Sonko and the parliament, where MPs from the former ruling party are in the majority.
