In Dakar, Senegalese journalists are undergoing extensive training to improve their ability to report on scientific topics, particularly in areas like sustainable development, research, and innovation.
The program, running from December 18 to 20, is a collaborative effort between the Center for the Study of Information Sciences and Techniques (CESTI) and the Institute of Research for Development (IRD). It aims to equip journalists with the tools and skills needed to present scientific information accurately and accessibly to the public.
