In Senegal, a coordinated operation led by the Keur Massar gendarmerie and the Senegalese Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (ARP) has resulted in the arrest of four individuals for possession of illicit pharmaceutical products.
The operation, conducted between Tuesday and Wednesday in Dakar’s suburbs, uncovered a significant stockpile of illegally marketed drugs. Authorities continue their investigations to identify the network behind the illicit trade, underscoring the country’s commitment to combating the illegal pharmaceutical market.
