Remember Pelumi Nubi, the 28-year-old lady who drove for over two months from London to Lagos? She was received on Monday 8th April, in a grand style by the governor of Nigeria’s commercial state Lagos.

The governor gifted her a customized brand-new car, with a customized plate number.

She also got a new house and was made a tourism ambassador.

In the video she posted on X, Pelumi was seen alongside Lagos state governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

Pelumi’s challenging journey began on January 30 from London, from where she drove through many countries to arrive in Lagos on April 8.
