This edition of the programme, takes us to the beautiful annual Calabar Festival. A cultural and tourism event held in Calabar, the capital city of Cross River State in southeastern Nigeria. It is one of the largest and most vibrant festivals in Nigeria and West Africa as a whole, attracting thousands of visitors, both domestic and international.

We will also head to the Gambia, to have a taste of the delicious Okra soup traditional known as Supakanja. The dish is a beloved and iconic part of Gambian cuisine, passed down through generations and typically prepared in families, during celebrations. Our last stop will about body piercing, a culture that seems to be returning to the contemporary generation.
