The Association of Senior Civil Servants of Nigeria has expressed its backing for the federal government’s initiative to enact the 2012 Civil Service Reform, commonly known as the “Oronsaye Report,” to trim the expenses associated with governance in the nation.

However, Comrade Tommy Okon, the National President of the association, has raised apprehensions about the potential consequences for the workforce.
