In the aftermath of a devastating attack on Fulani herders in the Kwal District of Bassa Local Government Area, Plateau State, North Central Nigeria, community leaders are appealing for restraint and calm.
The attack, which occurred recently, resulted in the tragic loss of two herders and over 150 cattle.
Garba Abdullahi, the State chairman of the Gan Allah Fulani Development Association, and leader of the coalition of Fulani in the State, has strongly condemned the attack, calling on security agencies to conduct a thorough investigation and bring those responsible to justice.
