Nigeriens are still demanding justice for the misappropriations and corruption from the last ten years.

This was one of the promises made by the ruling military authorities led by General Abdoulrahman Tiani who took over power in July 2023.

Nearly a year since the takeover, the people of Niger are still waiting for justice.
