The Convener of the Northern Elders Forum In Nigeria, a group comprising elders from the Northern region, has voiced support for ongoing legislative endeavors pushing for the country’s return to a Parliamentary system of government.

Professor Ango Abdullahi expressed this endorsement during a recent meeting with the bill’s sponsors from the House of Representatives, led by Hon. Abdulsamad Dasuki, a lawmaker from the Northern Region.
