A total of 381 former Boko Haram fighters are set to be reintegrated into their communities as part of Nigeria’s deradicalization and rehabilitation efforts.

This follows the surrender of over 2,000 insurgents and their families since the launch of Operation Safe Corridor (OPSC).

Authorities say the program aims to reintegrate former militants through vocational training and psychological support.
