More than 65,000 refugees fleeing armed conflicts in Mali, Burkina Faso and other Sahel countries have been welcomed in the north of Côte d’Ivoire.

This was contained in the latest report from the local office of the United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR) dated August 26, 2024.
