The China-Africa forum continues this Thursday, with no major announcements so far. Each country is discussing its interests with China, the continent’s main partner.

On the sidelines of this summit, the Mauritanian President met, for the first time, with the Malian transitional President, Colonel Assimi Goita. 

This meeting follows recent border tensions between the two countries.
