n Mali,  the Observatory for Elections and Good Governance is urging the transitional authorities to disclose the new date for the presidential election.

This coalition, comprising around thirty civil society organizations, believes that the necessary conditions are now established for a restoration of constitutional order.

As a proposed measure, they suggest a revision of the electoral law to facilitate the holding of the election in March 2024.
