Mali’s Authority for the Protection of Personal Data warns Web TV channels and bloggers against the dissemination of health data, judicial matters, and individuals’ private lives.
The APDP states that, apart from professional journalists, anyone involved in these practices will be fined between 5 million and 20 million CFA francs as stipulated by the law on cybercrime repression.
