Imports of certain food products from Côte d’Ivoire into Mali have been put on hold for almost a month.
The Suspension by the Ivorian authorities is to span for 6 months.
Sources say trucks carrying these banned products are blocked at the border between the two countries.
However, some traders manage to cross illegally to supply the Malian market.
