The chairman of the steering committee for the inter-Malian dialogue for peace and national reconciliation engaged the media on Tuesday.
The former prime minister, Ousmane Issoufi Maïga, gave explanations on the process of this dialogue, to better inform the population.
However, he called on the armed terrorist groups to lay down their arms and surrender to the law.
