A recent report by the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) highlights that nearly 5 million people in Mali are in urgent need of humanitarian assistance this year.
In response, the Malian government has unveiled a comprehensive response plan valued at $771.3 million (approximately 490 billion CFA francs). The plan aims to address critical needs stemming from ongoing insecurity, displacement, and economic challenges.
Efforts are underway to mobilize international support to ensure the success of the response initiative.
