The cybercrime prosecutor in Mali has announced the opening of an investigation against Commander Daouda Konaté.
The Secretary General of the Prison Guards’ Union is accused of destabilizing the country in an audio recording attributed to him, while he has been missing for several days.
The union sections of the prison guards had decided to go on strike until he was found, but have since reversed their decision.
